TopProz was established in 2019 by Hatim Naim with the vision of creating a high-quality service marketplace that caters to a diverse array of services. Prior to this, in 2018, Mr. Naim took on the management of the newly launched Red Hat Plumbing. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the complexities of running a service company and highlighted the need for more streamlined processes. He also recognized that service professionals often delivered inconsistent diagnoses to homeowners, leading them to pay for unnecessary services. Through his market research, he identified a significant gap in the tools available for both customers and service providers. This realization motivated him to launch TopProz, aimed at empowering homeowners to manage their projects effectively while addressing the operational challenges faced by service businesses today.

Saddle is designed to help service professionals grow their businesses organically by providing user-friendly marketing tools that lower customer acquisition costs.
